The Vitality 750 is an oscillating exercise platform which
essentially tilts from side to side rapidly. When used as an
exercise tool, simply standing on the machine while it
oscillates, produces a reaction (called super compensation) from
our muscles in order to keep stable. This almost goes unnoticed
by the user except that after 5 or 10 minutes of standing on the
