The results are a darker, richer colour of the juice and a sweeter, richer and more full-bodied flavour as a living juice retains the maximum nutrients and fibre available. The masticating action of the Champion juicer turns the vegetable pulp into a ‘butter’. This pulp is then squeezed through the strainer, ensuring that the tiny fibre bearing particles in the fruits and vegetables aren’t prematurely oxidised.

With commercially produced juice, much of its nutritional value is destroyed and the resulting juice is acidic on the body as opposed to the desired alkaline effect from freshly made, cold pressed juice.
