retail distribution sales agreement form for the wholesale purchase and
retail sales of the Retsel Home Stone and Burr Grain and Seed Mills, Grain Master Whisper Home Flour Mills,
electric and manual hand operated electric juicers, distillers and
water filters throughout Australia, New Zealand
and the South Pacific Islands.

hereby certify that:

have purchased at an agreed retail price one or more manual hand
operated or electric Home Flour Mills or Juicers either from an Australian, New Zealand, South Pacific distributors
and or from one of our international distributors or direct from Australian
Retsel Distributors and or from GrainMaster Australia Whisper Mill
Distributors.

In addition to this individual retail mill or juicer purchase at an
agreed retail price I also have or will now purchase at an agreed retail
distribution wholesale purchase price two or
more manual hand operated or electric Home Flour Mills or Juicers or
distillers or water filters from one of our Australian, New Zealand, South Pacific
distributors or direct from Australian
Retsel Distributors and or from GrainMaster Australian Whisper Mill
Distributors.

agree that I will not misrepresent any product
covered by this agreement

If trading in other than My/Our own personal names I/We will obtain a
registered business name licence that is or may be required in my locality, and
acknowledge that I am personally
responsible for my own personal business, GST and taxation
income and expenses records.
5.
I agree that I will not make or conduct any sales transactions
during any Church meeting or Church social activity or at any Church
meetinghouse. Unless proper written permission is first obtained from the appropriate local and or district Church leader who has the
appropriate authority to give me such written permission to me.

accounts terms. This
helps us avoid the heavy expense of maintaining a credit department,
